The Swagelok Quality System (SQS) is a management framework designed to assist authorized sales and service centers in systematically managing and enhancing processes across their supply chain. With SQS, these centers are assessed on their implementation by an independent third-party organization, BSi Management Systems, which recommends certification by the Swagelok Company. Each sales and service center is audited by Swagelok Company to ensure that global standards in quality assurance are met. The audit consists of an on-site audit every three years and a virtual audit yearly.

• Standard Cleaning and Packaging SC-10 Swagelok® Specification SC-10 defines the cleaning, lubrication, assembly, and packaging requirements for standard Swagelok products and describes the practices used to meet these requirements.
• Standard Cleaning and Packaging SC- 11 This document specifies guidelines used by Swagelok® Company and its suppliers to ensure compliance with product cleanliness requirements as stated in ASTM G93 Level C. Application of the document is limited to wetted system components.
