Upon course completion, students will know how to correctly assemble and gauge a Swagelok® tube fitting as well as bend the tube properly. They will gain an understanding of the differences in tube fitting designs, components, and their importance to proper assembly and bending techniques. Bending the tube helps to eliminate mechanical connections, which can be a source for leaks in traditional fluid systems.

• Understand bending defects and learn in real time during hands-on exercises
• Calculate tubing runs from CAD drawings and perform hands-on fixture bending
