40 and 40G Series Ball Valves

The 40 series one-piece instrumentation ball valve has performed reliably across multiple industries for nearly four decades. Swagelok has enhanced the valve's design and introduced an innovative assembly technique. This innovation led to the creation of the 40G series ball valve, distinguished by its broader operating temperature range, enhanced thermal cycling performance, and decreased likelihood of leakage. The 40G series ball valve utilizes a patent-pending seal technology that resists packing deformation, known as "cold-flow," boosting thermal performance and enhancing resistance to leaks

  • Stainless steel, brass and special alloy material suitable for different applications.
  • Non-metal wetted component compliant to FDA standards.
  • Wide operating temperature range and improved thermal cycling capabilities.
  • On-off, switching, and crossover flow paths
  • Environmental and heated-process applications
  • 1/16 to 1 in. and 3 to 12 mm end connections
  • Designed to have no dead space
