    U Series PFA Hoses

    This hose has superior resistance to chemicals, is FDA compliant, and comes with documentation to certify materials of construction. It is commonly used where high flexibility, chemical compatibility, and a smooth exterior cover is needed. 

    • Highly Flexible PFA hose with smooth-bore PFA core.
    • Size range of 1/2 through 2 in. and working pressures up to 300 psig (20.6 bar).
    • 302 stainless steel reinforcement ensures hose pressure containment and supports core to resist kinking (M)
    • Silicone cover provides a smooth, noncontaminating, easy-to-clean surface and reduces internal system fluid temperature transfer.
    • PFA material complies with FDA regulation 21CFR Part 177.1550, USP  <88> Class VI (121°C), 3-A (for hose sizes 3/4 through 2 in.), and is free of TSE, BSE, and ADI as defined in EMEA/410/01.
    • Various types of end connections including sanitary connections available including sanitary clamps up to 2 1/2" size and a variety of other DIN, I-Line, JIS and ISO Sanitary Flanges available along with TS Sanitary and KF Vacuum Flanged ends.

    S Series PTFE Hoses

    This hose is easy to clean with higher pressure ratings, is FDA compliant, and comes with documentation to certify materials of construction. It is commonly used where flexibility and chemical compatibility are desired.

    • Highly flexible, silicone-covered PTFE hose with smooth-bore PTFE core.
    • Size range of 1/8 through 1 in. and working pressures up to 3500 psig (241 bar).
    • Fiber braid bonded to the core with a patent-pending process supports core to resist kinking while 304 stainless steel braid protects the core from abrasion and enhances hose pressure rating.
    •  Silicone cover provides smooth, noncontaminating, easy to-clean surface and insulation from internal system fluid temperature extremes.
    • PTFE material complies with FDA regulation 21CFR Part 177.1550, USP <88> Class VI (121°C), 3-A (for hose sizes 3/4 and 1 in.), and is free of TSE, BSE, and ADI as defined in EMEA/410/01.
    • Optional carbon black-filled PTFE core is available for applications that require static dissipation.

    NEW FV Series Vacuum-Insulated Hoses

    Safety is key when dealing with cryogenic processes. This NEW hose aims to eliminate safety concerns from frozen hose lines by reducing frost. 

    • The vacuum layer provides excellent insulation to extreme media temperatures: See the estimated temperature specifications here. 
    • Proprietary design provides two levels of insulating performance in a compact package and the vacuum-only insulation can be augmented with multi-layer insulation to also address radiant heat transfer.
    • The proprietary manufacturing process does not require the vacuum port, eliminating the primary source of vacuum degradation.
    • Available in sizes 1/2, 3/4, and 1 in with custom lengths available to meet specific needs.
    • 316L stainless steel wetted surfaces are suitable for liquids and gaseous media.
    • Wetted braze material meets AMS 4777 (Nickel alloy).
